Art Union 78

Art Union 78 starts on 16/04/20 and ends at 5pm on 17/08/20. The Art Union will be drawn at 2pm on 20/08/20 at at Cnr Young & Melbourne Streets, Broadmeadow, NSW 2292.  All winning numbers will be published in The Australian on 27/08/20. NSW Permit: GOCAU/2291, ACT Permit: R 20/00053, VIC Permit: 10132/20.   A total of 1,200,000 tickets are available, with a maximum number of 53,000 tickets available in ACT. If the lottery sells out or if payment is received after the draw date, your payment will be automatically entered into the next lottery and you will receive new ticket numbers once the lottery starts and the payment is processed unless otherwise advised. Tickets are validated once a successful payment has been processed. Ticket prices in AUD: 4 for $20; 10 for $30; 16 for $40; 20 for $50; 30 for $60; 40 for $80 and $2 each thereafter.

Art Union 79 starts on 18/06/20 and ends on 5pm Monday 12/10/20. The Art Union will be drawn at 2pm on 15/10/20 at Cnr Young & Melbourne Streets, Broadmeadow, NSW 2292. The Art Union will be drawn at 2pm on Thursday 17th December 2020 at Cnr Young & Melbourne Streets, Broadmeadow, NSW 2292. Art Unions – general terms and conditions

Conducted by the PCYC NSW (in conjunction with Canberra PCYC, St Kilda PCYC, PCYC QLD and Tasmanian Association of PCYC) under the provisions of the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 (‘the Act’) and the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991, CFN 11892.Services provided by Aspire Non Profit Consulting Pty Ltd ABN 76 103 099 752, 36 Industrial Avenue Molendinar QLD 4214; Ph: 07 5630 6252; Fax: 02 9280 0073; Email: info@aspireconsulting.com.au; Website: www. aspireconsulting.com.au. Funds raised by Aspire Non Profit Consulting Pty are directly deposited into PCYC bank account on a daily basis. Administrative costs are payable to Aspire Non Profit Consulting Pty, in accordance with the Act, PCYC receive not less than 30% of the gross proceeds of an Art Union after prizes, postal, printing, fulfilment and administrative costs are paid.

All Art Union draws will be conducted at NSW State Office at Cnr Young & Melbourne Streets, Broadmeadow, NSW 2292.

Photographs are used for illustration purposes and may not depict the actual prize. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. In the event that a prize is not available at the time of the draw, PCYC reserves the right to issue a replacement prize of similar type and value. All taxes and liabilities associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Motor vehicle prizes include GST and are based on recommended retail value and are correct at the time of printing and may be subject to change. Any winner of a motor vehicle must receive the prize in Australia and must be collected by the prize winner within 28 days.

First prize: Floor Mats, Tow Bar, Metallic paint, window tint. RRP Includes delivery and on road costs such as stamp duty, registration and compulsory third party insurance (CTP). Model and accessories may vary from picture shown.

Second prize: Metallic paint, Manual. RRP Includes delivery and on road costs such as stamp duty, registration and compulsory third-party insurance (CTP).

Third Prize: Kitchen and Gym upgrade will be at winner’s discretion. Aspire Non Profit Consulting Pty Ltd will pay invoices relating to the kitchen appliances or gym equipment to the value of $10,000. All unused funds will be forfeited.

Unclaimed prizes in NSW

If a prize is unclaimed in NSW within 3 months of the draw date of an Art Union, PCYC will comply with section 15 of the Act and apply to the NSW Fair Trading detailing the steps taken to contact winners and deliver the prize and seek permission to sell the prize. After receiving written approval, PCYC will sell the prize and deposit the funds to PCYC.

Unclaimed prizes in ACT

If a prize is unclaimed in ACT within 3 months of the draw date of an Art Union, PCYC will comply with the terms and conditions stipulated by ACT Gaming and Racing Commission in relation to a redraw.

Art Union 78: Such redraw will occur at Aspire’s Office office on 20th December 2020 (being 4 months from the date of the draw) at 2pm.

Art Union 79: Such redraw will occur at Aspire Consulting’s office on 21st February 2021 (being 4 months from the date of the draw) at 2pm

Art Union 80: Such redraw will occur at Aspire Consulting’s office on 21st April 2021 (being 4 months from the date of the draw) at 2pm

 

Unclaimed prizes

PCYC will comply with the rules and regulations in other states and territories where a prize is unclaimed. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you would like to change or cancel your pledge before the Art Union is drawn, please call us on 1300 034 505. Refunds cannot be issued after an Art Union is drawn.
